Replacement Warranty
All ThorAir products come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty for peace of mind.
Effective October 10th, 2025, all new warranty registrations must include a photo of the metal plaque located on the side of the machine.
Please email the photo to info@thorair.com.au to complete your warranty registration. All warranties issued prior to this date will remain valid and unaffected.
- First Year – Full replacement warranty. If your unit fails due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace it entirely at no cost.
- Second Year – Parts-only warranty. We’ll supply replacement parts free of charge for any covered issue, but labour and transport may not be included.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and does not apply to misuse, physical damage, or unauthorised modifications.
To make a warranty claim, you’ll need:
- Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or receipt)
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos (where relevant)
